About the Organizers
PNW Trombone Symposium was founded by Steven Long, as an outreach of his trombone group, The Sliphorn Society. Steven wanted to have a location in this region where trombonists of all ages and levels could come together and learn and share. Members of the Sliphorn Society started a non-profit group, (501(c)3).
